Now playing as a par‑71, the Ocean Course embodies a contemporary seaside aesthetic with broad fairways, thoughtfully sited bunkers and lagoons, and reworked green complexes; its turf program uses TifEagle on the putting surfaces, Celebration on the fairways and TifGrand on the tees, while bunkers have been rebuilt and reconfigured for improved strategy, appearance, and maintenance, and large non‑turf screening zones were added to cut irrigated rough and sharpen visual and strategic contrasts. The Lagoon Course, by contrast, is a 6,022‑yard par‑70 classic created in two eras: Robert Trent Jones laid out the front nine in 1961 and Joe Lee contributed the back nine in 1977.
