Course Details
In 2010, Houston businessman Jim Crane purchased Floridian from H. Wayne Huizenga and transformed the property into one of the nation’s premier golf clubs. Renovations began in the spring of 2011, and within seven months, Floridian reopened. The 7,100-yard course, designed by Gary Player, features bunkers reminiscent of those at Augusta National. The challenging par-4 18th hole provides a dramatic finish, resembling the iconic closers at TPC Sawgrass and Pebble Beach, with a boomerang shape that hugs the water along its entire length.
