Originally designed by Robert Trent Jones Sr. in the early 1970s, it underwent a significant redesign by Raymond Floyd in 2007, introducing strategic contouring and mounding that added elevation changes and enhanced its visual appeal. Golfers must navigate several creeks that intersect the fairways, along with lagoons that encroach upon key landing areas for tee shots. The course features immaculate white sand bunkers and newly upgraded TifEagle greens, providing a top-tier playing experience. Stretching 7,000 yards from the back tees, the Soffer Course presents a formidable challenge and has served as the venue for multiple PGA and LPGA tournaments.
