Course Details

Upper Montclair Country Club pairs pedigree and polish across its 27 championship holes, originally laid out by A.W. Tillinghast and later reimagined in the 1950s by Robert Trent Jones Sr. The result is a versatile, demanding test that still welcomes a range of skill levels, presented in consistently pristine condition with attentive member service. A comprehensive master plan completed in 2011 modernized the infrastructure—installing state-of-the-art drainage and irrigation—and reshaped and restored bunkers across all three nines, preserving classic character while elevating playability year-round.
