Course Details

Located in Marietta, Georgia, Atlanta Country Club was founded by Jim Clay in 1964, designed by Robert Trent Jones Sr., and opened for play in 1966. For 30 years, the club hosted the Atlanta Classic, except in 1974, when it served as the inaugural venue for the Tournament Players Championship, won by Jack Nicklaus. In addition to professional tournaments, ACC has also hosted prestigious events such as the 1968 USGA Senior Amateur and the 1971 USGA Women’s Amateur.
